This is where Magnolia began. With 20+ years of experience creating unforgettable weddings for international couples marrying in Italy, I’ve refined a process that is deeply personal, beautifully efficient and entirely supportive — even when we’re an ocean apart.
The No Ordinary Planning path is for couples who wants the comfort and clarity of a trusted expert guiding them every step of the way — online, but never impersonal.
We work via video calls, detailed email exchanges and a shared workspace where every detail is organized and at your fingertips.
You’ll always feel seen, heard and taken care of.
And yes whenever possible, I still encourage at least one visit in person. Walking the land of your celebration makes magic even more tangible.

We’ve never been to Italy — can we plan everything remotely?
Yes! - that’s what this service is designed for. For over 20+ years, I’ve helped international couples plan unforgettable weddings in Italy from afar, with clarity and calm. Remote planning can be just as beautiful and effective.
Do you use a specific software for planning?
I use Google Drive with a custom folder for each couple. You’ll find everything there: investment plan and tracking, timelines, contracts, inspiration boards and updates — all organized and accessible 24/7.
Do we need to travel to Italy before the wedding?
Not necessarily, but I always encourage it if possible. Visiting your venue and meeting key vendors in person can bring extra magic and peace of mind.

Over the course of several days spent together in an intimate setting in Sardinia, we’ll co-create your wedding not as a list of tasks, but as a reflection of your soul. This is where planning becomes sacred. Where inspiration is born from silence, stillness and space.

- Immersive Retreat: 3 to 5 days (even more if you wish) in my personal sanctuary in rural Sardinia, surrounded by ancient olive trees, quiet horizons and the wisdom of slow living.
- One-on-One Guidance: Daily time together, just the three of us: you, your partner and me. We’ll talk, dream and explore your story, values and vision.
- Creative Alignment: No Pinterest or IG overload, no distractions. Just deep, inspired conversations that unlock the wedding that truly reflects you.

Do we need to have a clear vision for our wedding before the retreat?
Not at all. The retreat is designed to help you find clarity. We’ll start with you — who you are, what you feel, what truly matters — and from there we’ll shape a wedding vision that feels aligned and authentic.
We’re not “spiritual people” — is this still for us?
Yes! You don’t need to have any background in spirituality or religions. You just need a sincere desire to pause and listen.
The process is gentle, respectful and adapted to your personality and pace.
How long is the retreat?
Typically 3 to 5 days, depending on your availability and the depth of experience you’re seeking. We’ll tailor the duration together, I cannot deny that even more days would be pure perfection.

Will we be able to plan everything on our own after the retreat?

Do you plan weddings in Sardinia?
Sardinia is where I welcome couples for the Deep Connection Experience: a space dedicated to retreat and presence. For wedding planning, I intentionally focus on Tuscany, allowing me to offer dedicated care and excellence in a land I know deeply and call home.
What makes Magnolia different from other wedding planners?
Many planners will give you beauty, style and perfect coordination and they’ll call it “personalized.” But often it's a personalization from the outside. At Magnolia, we begin within. I help you create an experience that speaks to the soul. A celebration that breathes your truth, not just follows a trend. Something that feels like home, because it was born from who you are.
How does this actually work, step by step?
Simple. After our first connection call, where I will describe you in depth the service you love the most, but we will dive also in the other options, we choose the service that suits you best.
From there, I create a costum plan and investment.
You’ll always know what’s next, what’s needed and what’s being handled. Clear timelines, shared documents, regular check-ins: it’s a grounded process, even when it’s soulful.
Is it just you, or do you have a team?
Magnolia is deeply personal — I’m your point of contact, your guide and your creative partner throughout the journey. But I’m never alone. Behind the scenes, I collaborate with a trusted circle of professionals: coordinators, assistants and a dedicated back office.
