We got married in Rome on the 30th October 2017. From the start in April, Silvia was very easy to talk to and we knew we had found the perfect planner for us. Silvia had proposals and options for all the parts of our wedding no matter how big or small. Quickly a daunting project became easy and we had total confidence in Silvia and her ability to find solutions to all our requests. Silvia! What can we say except a massive thank you? From the very start of our wedding planning journey, we have found your knowledge and expertise second to none. Planning a wedding abroad can be quite daunting, however you made it simple and easy; from picking venues & vendors, completing legal documentation, as well as helping with aspects that we wanted to do ourselves. We found you to be trustworthy, professional & reliable, & we enjoyed coming to Italy to meet you and check out our venue/ accomodation & pick our catering. If you are thinking of getting married in Italy, Silvia is definitely the lady you need to contact. She will be with you every step of the way to ensure you have the best day possible. Silvia will also work best with your budget, being mindful to keep within it. Which is important. We had an amazing day, no problems & everyone had an amazing time. This comes down to amazing planning so thank you Silvia for all your help. We don’t think it would have been possible without you. We hope to meet you again one day in Italy!

As a couple from New Zealand getting married in Tuscany, we weren’t sure which of the many wedding planners we should entrust with organising our big day from so far away. I am so glad that we found Silvia. She was like an angel! It didn’t matter how many questions I asked, how many emails I sent, or how worried I was about things (even though there was no need to be) – Silvia was so kind and so patient, and she made everything go perfectly on our wedding day. I was the most relaxed and happy bride knowing that she was there to help us, and the fact that she was also our celebrant was so special. Incredible wedding planner no messing around and extremely creative. We got the best package and it was worth every penny. Silvia has remained a friend and I enjoy her online presence and watching the development of her new and fresh ideas. We had our wedding in three different location and none of it was an issue for her. She Was great on Skype and never missed an email. Next time I get married, I will definitely instruct Silvia again. Oh – just remembered – not getting married again. Sorry Silvia!

Silvia and her team are simply amazing! We feel very very lucky to have found someone so knowledgable, friendly and professional to help plan out wedding in Florence. From the first few emails we felt very comfortable with Silvia who listened to all our ideas and seemed to understand exactly want we were looking for and more!
The few visits to Florence to plan our wedding was such a great experience and NOTHING was too much trouble. Visiting venues, wine and food tasting, hair and make up trials etc was all coordinated by Silvia. Really importantly, Silvia Kept us right at every stage of the legal and religious process which took away so much to the stress!
For me, what was also important was that I felt fully involved with all the decision making but knew I could trust Silvia 100% with all the planning.
She put us in touch with amazing vendors and people and it is really obvious how much they respect Silvia and enjoy working with her because she is so professional. Villa Mocale and Ciabatta caterers, what a great location and the food, just WOW! Our Photographers, Andrea and Federica were again so so Friendly and professional. Can’t wait to see the pictures! Consuelo did our make up and Hair. It was lovely having her and Veronica her assistant there on the morning of the wedding.
Very talented and we couldn’t have been happier with our hair and make up. Marisa our florist was a dream to meet! The flowers in the church and the venue were so beautiful and her attention to detail is amazing.
Gaetano our DJ, listened to exactly what we wanted and had us on the dance floor all night. He was such a lovely person and he even played Loch Lomond for us. (Can’t have a Scottish wedding without it!)
Having Silvia and her team there on the day meant everything ran so smoothly and she made sure every detail was perfect. She did all of this will remaining calm,(how do you do it?)
Also, above all of this, Silvia is one of the most genuine people I have ever met and we are really going to miss her. Professional at all times but with a great sense of humor!!! We cannot that you enough and we have said what a memorable day it was.

We had such a great experience with Silvia (Magnolia) at our recent wedding in Florence at Castello Di Vincigliata.
We are based in Dubai, so we needed a planner we could rely on heavily to arrange the entire wedding day and pre party celebrations.
