September and October have somehow become the busiest months of wedding season and right now my brain is very happily occupied with actual weddings, actual people, actual decisions, actual problems to solve and beautiful things to bring to life
While being online matters , of course it does , I also believe there is a difference between simply keeping a page active and actually having something to say
This page has always been very personal to me.VERY.
The thoughts I share here usually come from conversations with my couples, decisions I have had to make, things I have seen changing in the industry, mistakes, beautiful surprises, little revelations in the middle of a project and those random thoughts that arrive while I am doing something completely unrelated
ALL of that needs a little space in my head
Right now, there isn't much 😂
I'm not disappearing. God forbid 🥸 I've been here since January and apparently resilience is one of my less subtle personality traits, But for the next few weeks, you may see a little more autopilot Magnolia

Yes, consistency matters, but I would much rather be a little quieter for a while than manufacture thoughts simply because the algorithm expects me to have one today

I call the wedding timeline The Bible
And believe me, I treat it accordingly ❤️
It should be almost military: incredibly detailed, shared with the entire team and precise enough to include every speech, entrance, transition, cue and tiny moving part holding the day together
But a professional coordinator is not there simply to worship the timeline and tick boxes or to have a nervous breakdown because dinner starts 20 minutes late
The real skill is understanding why time is being lost
Sometimes time is simply leaking and it needs to be recovered
Sometimes life has entered the wedding: a conversation becomes too special to interrupt, a speech touches everyone more deeply than expected, or the couple is having an extraordinary moment with the people they love 🔥
Nobody with good judgement would cut that joy simply to keep the sacred spreadsheet happy
Of course, delays must remain manageable and never compromise the services or the overall flow of the wedding, but within those boundaries, the timeline must serve life, not bully it
Choose carefully who coordinates your wedding my loves
Writing a timeline is one thing
Knowing when to protect it, when to reshape it and when to let joy take the lead is the real profession.
And if 30 extra minutes give you a memory you will keep forever?
