What Makes a Wedding Beautiful?
A few years ago, exactly in 2020 (yes during the hardest moment for all of us ) I created a wedding editorial in Villa Pazzi al Parugiano that I was genuinely proud of
It came honestly from the complete void that period was making us all experience: nothing to do, nothing to prove, no one to impress
The best ever feeling to create something that was truly a pure reflection of what I love
It was published on Magnolia Rouge. The photos were beautiful, the team was extraordinary, it was everything that, on paper, should mean something in the world of weddings and mostly to me
Then, quietly, I let it disappear
I didn’t delete it, not at all of course,I didn’t publicly disown it. I simply stopped showing it
Exactly in the same way you move an object into a drawer and then pretend you’ve lost it
If you had asked me why (and someone did) I would have had a perfectly reasonable answer ready: Magnolia was evolving. My style was changing. I was looking ahead
Partially true, but not entirely honest
